I would like corporate to know that this location and specifically Vanetta, are probably the worst in this town. Congratulations on soon being locally known as non accepting and accommodating to children on the spectrum. This person treated my wife like dirt, telling her she didn’t have time for our situation and proceeded to speak to the person in line behind her. Will be contacting the local news outlets about this. Fantastic job.

We went to the location off Beene Blvd, in Bossier for our 5 year old who absolutely will not allow anybody to touch his hair, and the woman (I did not catch her name she was a beautiful glowing pregnant woman) did wonderful with him. She talked with him the whole time and got him in and out rather quick and pretty slick looking! We couldn’t be more appreciative!

Lady who seemed to be the manager was extremely rude and turned us away because she was leaving an hour after we showed up. There were multiple people cutting hair and one person waiting. 0/10 would not recommend

I’ve going to the same wonder-cuts for the last two years. The lady at the front turned me away because they wouldn’t have time to get to me, so she said. There were three people cutting hair and they are still open for another half hour. So I’m taking my business elsewhere.

If you want your hair gapped and chopped, this is the place to go! I should have asked for someone else when she asked how to do it from another stylist. Then, after it was too late, they inform you the “stylist” came from a shop for men and she was learning! And I probably made her nervous!! She even tried to blow dry half my hair with a comb! Then when she thought that might not be working, just left the other side wet. I actually paid for the disaster and left.

From my very first visit, I’ve already become a regular customer! The customer service here is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Finding a good hairdresser has always been a challenge for me, but Wonder Cut exceeded my expectations. “Murray” was professional, humble, and genuinely kind—he did a fantastic job on my haircut!

Another highlight is the great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience.

Hannah Leigh did such an amazing job cutting my Mama's hair! It's been hard to describe how my mama wants it at 86 and having first stages of dementia, to other stylists. She NAILED it! She has MAD SKILLS! She took the time to get it right and they were busy!

Go ANYWHERE ELSE before you step foot in this “salon.” I made the mistake of taking my 7 year old daughter to Wondercuts and I hope my review will keep other littles from having the awful experience we had. We showed up at 8:55 to wait outside for the salon to open at 9. A lady came to the door to tell us no other stylists have showed up for work, so she can’t open the store at 9. I think ok, no problem, we can wait. Around 9:10 a few of the other stylists show up, all of which are visibly irritated with being at work, and they open. I quickly notice that the shop was dirty, with a lot of hair on the ground from yesterday’s cuts, and chairs that were not wiped down. We should have left then.

We were quickly seated in a chair and I tell the stylist we want an inch off of my daughter’s hair and that my daughter has a sensitive head, so please be gentle while brushing her hair. The stylist was rude from the get go, evening telling my daughter, who has beautiful hair, that she needs to brush her hair more often. She was SO rough on my daughter’s hair that my daughter started to get visibly upset. At this point, I asked if she had any spray-in detangler or leave-in conditioner and she snapped back at me, “no, we are primarily a barber shop.” I thought, that’s odd - because the front of the store has advertising for kids’ cuts for $16. At this point, we decided we had had enough, so we left.
