I am appalled at the way my 88-year old mother was treated at your clinic. The person who treated her refused to admit she sent in the wrong prescription for my mother in Dec. All of her children saw it was wrong. When my mother tried to discuss at her Jan. appointment, the person treating her denied it. When she led my mother out to the office area, she wrote in big letters on a sheet of paper, STOP TAKING _____. TAKE _____. and gave it to her as the office staff grinned. How offensive to me and my mother (who spent 37 years working in infectious diseases in a teaching hospital)! She may be 88, but she still has all of her
faculties about her and is a very bright person. Please treat elderly people and everyone with respect. Maybe you may be lucky to live that long and I sure hope you get more compassion than what you gave my mother at her last appointment with you!

My paper work was to be picked up, I arrived, it had not been sent, the lady called, the lady Nicole that I had been talking with, after a phone call to her, it was 11:45 she was out to lunch, will return at 1:00 PM, No own could do anything until her return. With my bad knees walked back to auto, Returned at 1;00, she was working at another location, but they just sent what I needed. Very poor computations.

Extremely pleased with WK Advanced Urology and Teri Duggan NP. Sign in and wait time is very minimal. Teri Duggan NP listens and address my issues, some sensitive. I feel very comfortable and confident with discussing and treatment of my issues. I have seen improvements of my issues since receiving treatment. Prescription subscribed was promptly called in and was ready same day. NP Duggan called me promptly next day and reviewed lab results. Recently called Advanced Urology with question and issue was promptly address. Very satisfied with treatment received.
