Great office! No insurance taken, but $30 cash for any/all treatments. Super friendly clerk (Flo), and Dr. Castleman took all the time I needed to explain and advise me about my treatment and condition. It's a low tech office, which I definitely prefer! No pressure to drag you back for multiple visits, like some offices do. He feels you know your body the best and when you need help, you'll be back. I will be recommending this office to others. Glad I chose this office.

Amazing service! Professional and kind! Fixed my lower back quickly. Highly recommend! Was visiting Florida on vacation and they got me right in with no wait! Services were affordable and the visit was cheaper than my insurance co-pay. Dr. Castleman was attentive to patient needs and the staff was friendly!

Always friendly and always helpful. If you call to make an appointment they will accommodate as best they can. I worked at a walk in clinic and when they are at high capacity, the clinic cannot take any other clients for the day. Lakeland Walk In Chiropractor are always willing to make an appointment for the very next business day if they are at full capacity.

Dr. Castleman was a true professional, took time to explain what he does, answers any questions, gentle in the adjustment... After 2 days in the car, I'm feeling a million times better.
$30 cash, doesn't handle insurance claims, workers comp or car injuries.

I really liked Dr. Greg. The first time I went he was very informative and encouraged communication. I was in a lot of pain from playing video game too much and sitting improperly. I told him the last time I'd been in pain it took 4 to 5 sessions before I got better so I didn't expect an instant cure. The first session went well. On the second occasion besides adjusting my back and neck he also did an adjustment on my arm. I felt that made my arm worse. When I went for my third session I voiced that I didn't want my arm adjusted again. Instead of explaining why he felt it was needed he half heartedly adjusted my back and neck then told me basically not to come back. Now I've been to chiropractors multiple times in my 60 years and they've all appreciate feedback to help know what is working and what isn't. Dr. Greg shouldn't encourage communication if he's not willing to listen.
