I have not purchased a car from here; however, they did some work on my vehicle. The technician was very friendly and willing to work with me. Overall, my experience was very good. I will say, however, that I can't recommend ordering parts from them, as I have found other dealers with much lower prices. The prices for actual repair work were very fair for a dealership. I'm impressed.

The Bad
Title - I purchased this car on 9/26/24 sight unseen and shipped it from Margate Dodge to IL. Sadly, I cannot title. I cannot get an answer from the dealer's title department; the sales manager; nor All States Title (Margate Dodge contracts title to). I have no idea where my title is nor the status... Margate Dodge were quick to send me another temp plate, which I appreciate, but this one is about to expire as well...

Otherwise, they would have been a great dealership if responded to calls and followed through on their end. Lets hope title is being processed.
