Cannot connect with anyone, this is very sad that people cannot seek help. I've waited on the phone for hours and no one ever picks up. I tried to register to get a ticket in line and still no help. Left my call back number and still no return calls. This program needs help per government:(

i am a 73yr old woman, i am quite disabled. i live alone. i’ve been trying for THREE years to find a worker. some just don’t show up or they keep saying they’ll call me back. almost all will only work if i will give them ALL of my hours, whether or not they work all the hours. i’m beyond disgusted. one ihss agent said she would help me; she never followed up. i cannot take care of my house any more. THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE GOVERNMENT AGENCY IMAGINABLE. i’ve given up?

Literally waited on hold for 30+ mins for them to answer just to turn around and tell me the system was down and I'll have to try back later. You should have a "system is down, please try your call again later" prompt so we don't waste our precious time on hold. It's the right thing to do. God forbid we're already waiting forever for our direct deposits.

Terrible customer service. They won’t even pick up the phone. I called all week waited an hour each time for no one to pick up. Went to the location in person to fill out forms just to find out they should have given me paperwork and never did so I had to come back.

Every time I call, I am on the phone for 45min to 1 hour. I usually end up going in person. I get the help, but still no result. I go again and they tell me it will be taken care of, but still no result. It sucks that they don't have a good customer service program for providers and recipients. My client passed away, I went in to report it, they said it would be taken care of and that I would get paid on time. Month later and still not pay, no phone call.
What do I do next?

Well first of all I was in line waiting for a customer service representative for 15 minutes. The lady whose name I couldn’t get because of her very strong asian accent was very rude and disrespectful. I had a question about my timesheet which she couldn’t answer. She didn’t even try to transfer the call to another representative. I was still trying to explain her the situation when she hang up on me. Don’t hire does uneducated people. If you do at least give them proper customer service training

I was on call for an hour. But when they anwsered great sevice and fast anne was so wonderful. She helped me with 2 applications for my 2 autistic sons.
