So, I got racially profiled at this joint today and a few weeks ago. Sandra Rivera was the epitome of rudeness. She even doubted my native heritage - nice. Today, my wife and I showed up for the basket pickup, and Sandra claimed I wasn't on the list. Phone history to the rescue, but Sandra still couldn't find it. Found it myself, walked back, and still no apology from Sandra. Guess that's just part of her charm. I've read reviews, and I'm genuinely puzzled how she still has a job. Treating her own community like this? Unbelievable.

Sandra the receptionist in the foodshelf area is such an unpleasant individual to deal with when you come to utilize the foodshelf. No one likes going to the foodshelf, your going because you may be struggling that month or whatever the reason may be, Sandra never greats you with a smile, she’s very crabby, rude and snappy. Always has a harsh tone in her voice. As a native woman myself it hurts me to witness this time and time again with Sandra, treats the clients like they are beneath her, she’s not helpful at all and has very POOR people skills. If you’re in a position to work with your people and the community you should at least have some basic people skills and humility and not make an already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant. The lady in the daycare room who helps with diapers however was a joy to interact with, she was very helpful, professional and super nice, she had positive energy. Least that’s a positive.

The lady who checks you in at the food shelf her name is Sandra Rivera she is very rude to people I complain to her supervisor and she still did not respond so I guess I have to go the higher-ups a homeless lady who lives in a van and cooks at the park seen a donation of personal hygiene and some new shirts she was giving it to someone she knows so said Can I get one and she said no, she was also passing out candy be cause she called this particular guy over and was giving him a kinds of food so she asked her can I get some tampons and shampoo she said no yet she giving it all to her favorite people if you go to the front desk where she sits in the food shelf area she had all the personal hygiene and good things around her desk so she can control it she acts like all this donations Belo gs to her she didn't let me get food because I didn't have my enrollment number am not going there until they get someone else to work there

The woman in the front door. She seriously is rude. The woman at the front desk is a dirty filthy person. I tried to help my mother with food because it broke down its cold. She is saying I'm distrustful. I have been going here for 10 years. Never had a problem. I am disgusted. Especially when I worked at Lunds and Byerlys had them donate to this program while I was working there. How dare you! You're fake and disgusting!

It's a very helpful organization, and they are nonprejudicial, they interact with all cultures, I've seen Samolians, other African people, a few Caucasians and some Asiatic people there.
