I’m so disappointed. The last TWO times the rice has been crunchy. I hoped it was just a bad night the last time. Tonight the food was so salty I couldn’t even eat around the rice. The guac that you pay an absurd amount extra for was brown like something out of a diaper and clearly not fresh. This was one of the few places left in the area that was decent and fresh. So much for that. Don’t get me started on calling them to resolve anything. An operator will talk you in circles and hang up. Then when you finally get someone on the phone, it’s not from their location and they can’t pull your order up without the order number that is half printed on the receipt. Now you get to play the guessing game. Then you’ll be offered a free replacement meal. Yum. More crunchy day old rice and guac. Save yourself $20 and high blood pressure and make yourself a burrito bowl at home.

I ordered pick up today. My bowl is halfway full and the chicken pieces are tiny. Every time I come to this location gets worse and worse.

Placed an online order, and when we arrived, it wasn't ready. This usually isn't a problem, but we waited an additional 20 minutes for the mobile order after we arrived after the scheduled pick-up time. We waited with 12 other people who were waiting for a mobile order. The regular checkout line received their orders quicker than mobile orders, which, at that point, we could have just waited in line. This was a first, so I'll take it they were understaffed. The food was good according to my son, whose order we waited for.

Picked up an order yesterday and found 2 bugs in my food. I went to go back for a refund and was told i had to put in a request through the online help desk. I did and am still waiting on a response.

Chipotle is usually a favorite for our family but this location is just so incredibly slow. We’ve ordered from this location having a 30 min wait (in person), via Door Dash and they forgot part of our order and tonight we tried to order pickup through their website thinking it’d be faster. The website said our order would be ready at 6:40. It’s 7:30 and we’re still waiting. Chipotle is usually pretty quick and efficient… not sure what the issue is at this location. We won’t be back anytime soon.

I eat at Chipotle A LOT. Between this Chipotle and the one on Youree. Here, the portions are a lot smaller varied on who serves online meals.

I pickup my burrito today, I ordered double meat and extra veggies, I pickup this burrito and it is the size of a gas station burrito…

This is the first time I actually spoke up and said something about it, they reluctantly took it back and added more steak saying, “that is a bit weird” to my comment saying this is supposed to be double meat.

But over the last year, with this location it’s always been a gamble of whether you’re going to get a reasonable portion, specifically on a Sunday for whatever reason.

I’ll change my review if the service and portions are more consistent. But that was crazy. Add an extra star for making the order right after being asked.

I brought my class here after a field trip and it had great service and food. It was amazing how fast we all got served. The children loved the experience.

P.S. The birds outside on the porch were friendly and the playful children in my class loved throwing chips to them.

My food was ordered for 11:10 got done around that time. The problem is I had to wait on jacks,bills,franks,Carrol and Jeff's order before I got mine. When orders get complete maybe we put them on the shelf faster. I order online so I don't have to wait on 6 other orders to be done before I get mine. Simple make an order and put it on the shelf 4 customers waiting on food 10 orders made but not on the shelf.
