This was the BEST experience I've EVER had coming to get my eyes checked. My tech Ashley was so helpful, nice, professional and informative. My doctor not only talked to me about my eyes but we discussed blood pressure and diabetes! He was friendly and welcoming. The whole staff was nice. There is one lady I didn't get her name but she helped me with picking out glasses and she took my payment. She is a black lady with salt/pepper hair in an updo with a western belt, which I loved! She helped me by explaining my insurance and the best option for my bucks. I would recommend anybody to this place! 10 stars!!!

I am handicapped and require help getting my wheelchair out of the back of my car, which Patrcia, the Manager, assured me that this would be no problem. She was right, Ms Bea came to my car, put my wheelchair on the ground, I climbed in and we went into the store.
Ms Bea was very delightful, professional, and knows her product and her field . I showed her my glasses, we discussed my options, and it was easy to make my decision from what she showed me.
Ms Bea should be commended for her dedication to helping customers.
I will go back for more glasses.
I highly recommend America's Best for glasses and sunglasses.

I felt like family!!! The Dr was amazing! Made sure I was very comfortable. The tech who walked me back was so considerate! My fashion wear associate helped get me the best deal I could with my insurance!! Love this location!!!

I just visited America's best and felt like I needed to do a review. The front customer service representatives were great and the ladies that did my pre-exam eye tests were very nice. This negative review is strictly about the doctor. Before ever starting the exam he asked for my age and when I said 44, he told me that I would need bifocals. I knew that I have perfect vision up close or for reading so I said, "No I don't think I will need bifocals, my up close vision is fine". He proceeded to tell me that I was in denial. I told him that I felt like I know better than anyone how my vision is, but he told me that I would see that I am in denial. It (of course) ends up that I, in fact, DO know my own eyes and I DO NOT need bifocals and I am NOT in denial. Bifocal lenses cost more and I believe I was being coerced into feeling like I needed them. Especially since he had determined that just by asking my age.

My husband and I visited your office and were treated very well. The young lady at the front counter greeted us when we walked in. She got us checked in and sent to the waiting area where we had a very short wait before we were seen for first set of tests. We were then sent to another room where we had maybe a 10 minute wait for the remote doctor to get to me. She was very thorough and referred me to a specialist for an issue I have. We then had a 5 minute at most wait before remote doctor seen my husband and after an exam showed my husband the difference in his sight versus last appointment showing a big difference. We then went to sales floor and picked out our glasses and Bea who was training a new person and taking care of everything. She was very professional and tried to give everyone the attention they deserved without making us feel like she was rushing us through. She explained every option along the way and kept a professional stand along the way. Kudos.. job well done

Truly had the greatest experience here. Everyone was so nice, and very patient. There was no wait at all - maybe a combined total of 5 minutes through the entire process. Every single person was friendly, and even though it was near closing time, not cranky or irritable at all.
Everyone was so patient with my very energetic toddler. He was spoken to by everyone, given a toy off of someone’s desk, and one amazing lady walked all over the store with him while Bea helped me select frames and work through the process and options.
Everyone was so wonderful. I am so sad that I don’t remember everyone’s names, but if they ever see this review - please know how much I appreciate you all!

I came into the office and I had an issue with the insurance. Kim was very friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Ms Kim for taking care good of me. I would also like to say the receptionist Terrikqua who was very nice and friendly as well.

Everyone here has been soo friendly! The sweet lady Mrs. Kim was an absolute delight! Super sweet and helpful which made the experience fantastic! I'll definitely be coming back regularly.
