I see all of the comments. And just like how in every job there are good and bad employees, just as the same goes for costumers. But one thing I can tell you is that they let their employees be yelled and cussed at all the time, with at times possible harm is threatened on the employees, and the employees are told to still sit there and smile and if your tone is not perky or if you tell the customer to not talk to you like that. Well then you are the one in trouble. I can tell you yes the prices are VERY cheap and they do not make a profit from it to be rich, but to just have the money cover the care of the pet. To have the vaccines and other goods replaced for the next animal. Now as for feeding if everyone looks at the back of their food bag it gives the amount a pet should eat a day, depending on weight and activity of the animal. Cut that in half and that is what the animals get on a daily basis there. Puppies do get feed twice, and possibly nursing mothers. And when it comes to rabies vaccine and quarantine, that is the law of our country, they have no control over it. There is good and bad there from employees/leadership to customers. But the animals do not need the facility and the community to be divided. Both parties need to show mutual respect from within and out of the organization. And employees should not be in trouble for not putting up with disrespect, and the same goes for customers. But the disrespect I am talking about it, is the yelling and cussing. Not that you get up set because of the prices, policies, or procedures of the place at the basic employee ask for leadership. “But don’t do the TikTok trend where the patient is rude to the nurse/aid and the meows at the doctor.” Keep the same energy to show the leadership what the basic staff puts up with. And as for staff just ask to don’t be cussed at or yelled at and don’t start it either. And not every employee is perky like Barbie but that does not mean they are rude. And employees do not know what other animal businesses are up to. There is no magic line between every animal business, so they will not know what a vet clinic or store is doing let alone the prices of their services/goods. And leadership should not jump to the conclusion in any direction till they know for sure not just hear say. And to look as to why the situation did or did not happen. Sorry about the long post but both have flaws, and unfortunately I don’t think it’ll ever get fixed. Till one respects inside and outside situations and the other calms down.

Drove an hour to visit an animal I was interested in adopting only to arrive at a closed shelter on 11/29. A Friday afternoon at 4pm. Several other people came and went, including others who had been dropped off without access to an immediate ride back. They also presumed you were open. There were cars in your lot because people were trying to figure out where your staff were. No note on the door, no updates on your social media, no messages to the public on your automated phone system. It's a shame that your executive director is not able to see the greater community impact on these micro and macro scales. Communication is the most basic foundational pillar of running a successful organization. If you're really out here trying to help the community and doing this for the animals, you need to do better. Starting with addressing some of these serious complaints on your Google reviews. It's hard to take your organization seriously with such an unprofessional reputation.

This place is incredible for the animals and the people wanting to adopt, we’ll be back for our third rescue dog in no time. Only issue we had was one of the volunteers with green hair was rather rude to us

I've never been to this animal shelter in person. But I was at the Mega Adoption Event in Fort Worth this weekend, and I adopted a puppy from this shelter, she was a foster from All Kind.

The staff from the shelter at the event were all very friendly and helpful. And my new puppy, Gordita, is doing great. She's the sweetest, gets along with my cat well, and already knows some basic commands.

The staff are always welcoming and can speak to the personalities and quirks of the many dogs in their care. They helped us find our little Dora after hearing what we were looking for and paired us with her, which was a perfect match!!

This place is beautiful and the animals are so happy, I had considered adopting this adorable Doberman/rottweiler mix but changed my mind after this enormous liberal with green and grey hair was incredibly rude to my wife and I. If she gets the chance to read this, please learn to control your attitude and show respect, it’s guys like me you’ll be begging for a job once you finish that worthless degree.

This organization, and I use that word lightly, makes the adoption process so difficult, and the prices after the adoption fee, chip, spay/neuter are outrageous. They would rather overcrowd the place and euthanize these animals than be more lenient to people who have a love for animals but not alot of money. Would be interesting to see their financial documents. Some of the staff clearly should not be working there if answering a few questions makes them feel like they cant be bothered.
