Horrible customer service at the cashier/ Amazon returns area. There’s a middle aged Indian lady who is always in a bad mood. I am not sure why people put up with her. Speaking the same language as her, I could hear that she spoke ill of the previous customer. She was outright rude to almost every single customer going up to pay at the register and made weird snarky faces. This is not the first time I have experienced at this place. I wonder why and when are the managers/owners going to address this issue.

Very happy with service by Melissa with purchase of my desk chair. She made sure I understood what I was purchasing and explained about insurance and assembly. Also during check-out she made sure I received any coupon and rewards points discounts. She then called me the next day when chair was ready for pick-up.

I was just at the Staples in East Windsor nj and the cashier Lexie had impeccable customer service. She was friendly and very helpful and fast paced. I wish there were more people like her that I could hire at my job!

Also, There was an extremely rude customer and she kept a smile on her face, I wouldn’t have been able to.

The older gentlemen employee at the ship station was incredibly rude. There wasn’t a sign visible when I walked in for where people can drop off Amazon returns so I went to the ship station first because that seemed logical, only to be told “I should have seen the sign, go up front”…it’s 9am on a Friday, I don’t have time to react so I’ll just leave a review! Other than the shipping employee, the cashier at the front was very nice and she was on the phone talking to a customer while handling my Amazon return.

Usually come for Amazon drop off and do not honestly care about rest of stuff but the general attitude matters. A girl named Lexi showed cold and unwelcome gestures overtime, not sure what she thought of us. We pay lots of taxes to government, no freeloaders…

Love the different programs and services offered here. Makes Staples a one stop shop for those contentious of the environment (I.e. reusing technology for rewards within Easy Rewards)
Carbonated bottle (Soda Stream) recycle program. Amazon drop-off/pick-up. Host of Business Services such as secure discard services. All to say great customer service and employees who are accommodating for the wide range of ages who frequent the store. 11/10 🙂

Was disappointed in the selection available and would have like the true item prices displayed when deciding. I would have bought a better quality item if I'd known it was going to be discounted at checkout.

Exactly the same experience as the prior reviewer on Amazon returns . I didn’t get the name of the girl who was handling it, she was extremely rude .
Implied that she is taking in all the trash for AMAZON when I requested to dispose of an empty package in a bin which was right by her fully empty . When I asked her why she is so rude , she goes something on the lines of “I don’t care, I have already put in my 2 weeks” .

Wish staples provides better customer service .
