My daughter hit a patch of ice and bent the rim of her tire on a curb. She stopped by John's Auto Repair and they promptly switched out her tire to the full size spare and sent her on her way. Thank you guys so much for helping her out and charging her a fair price! You guys were her angels today!

I had a flat tire and I pulled into the lot to change my tire. I wasn’t able to break the lug nuts, so I had to wait for John’s shop to open. I went up and asked if I could borrow something that could help me. John not only had the tool I needed, but came over and helped me. He also hooked me up with air for my spare, made sure that everything else looked ok, had one of his employees put on a nut that had busted the thread, let me use his sink to wash up and gave me a bottle of water since it was warm out. I offered to give him some money for his help, but he politely declined. I highly recommend John and his staff to anyone needing work done on their vehicles. They truly go above and beyond.

John- thank you for being so helpful and more importantly so kind to me this morning. You made a crappy day turn into a good one! I will be back!

John is awesome and his man at the front desk, Greig is very accommodating. Example: Took my nephew's car there cause I accidentally backed into it with .y truck. John called me to asked everyone was okay. You will not get better service or personal attention like that within a 10 mile radius and I know because I drove farther than that to his shop. I highly recommend his shop.

By no means will this be a quick or short response, but I will try...

I learned of John's Auto Repair from (Jeff) who had his daughter's car engine replaced. Jeff spoke very Highly of not only the work, but cost. He was "So Very Pleased."

My review begins, when I stopped in to see if I could get an estimate for work needing to be done to my 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited pickup. All of the bays were filled ( this was a sign good or bad) I was short on time. I parked and walked in behind a lady who was there for service done on one of her two cars. I was a little worried, because of my schedule. He greeted her and then said he'd be right with me. After a bit he asked, what could he do for me? I explained,
Having taken my truck to the dealership for an oil change. I got it back with a new problem, my air ride suspension began to fail, but only on the front left side. He asked if I was going to leave it with him? I couldn't because I wasn't prepared to, not knowing what the assessment would be. He then offered to bring it in and put it on the rack to take a look. While looking at my truck, I asked the lady who came in before me, if she had any dealings with the shop, she said they were great, and did work on both of her cars, when he returned he gave me his assessment and that he could get it done. I'd have to make arrangements for a car and bring my truck back, in the meantime they noticed one of my tires showing wear, then offered to put the spare on, and wouldn't take a dime, wouldn't let me pay for the time and work they did.
He said,"it's my good deed for the day."
That was the third time I was impressed with John's Auto Repair.
On Friday 11/24, I will pick up my truck, repairs done and for less than the amount I figured. I am definitely impressed.
Remember when I said, all of the bays being filled is a sign, be it good or bad...
I've always said, if you find a great mechanic he is either too busy to get an appointment with, or not a good mechanic.
John's Auto Repair in my opinion is most definitely a Great place to get your vehicle serviced and repaired. They are Honest, and repairs are done at a reasonable price, in a reasonable amount of time. You will not be disappointed.
Like I often say. You don't have to take my word, but if you need your vehicle serviced stop in and find out for yourself. I just might be in the waiting area, because they have my business as long as I have a vehicle.

I’ve been here twice. The first time, my wife and I took our Hyundai Elantra, we dealt with the owner John and he was professional and straight to the point. The second time was absolutely horrific. Craig answered my wife’s call with no etiquette and a rude tone. When my wife dropped the car off, he continued to be rude and said my wife’s car was in the way, then proceeded to park the car in the very back of the shop. My wife told him that the vehicle was needed for transportation for our children and the lack of urgency Craig showed was uncalled for. I stopped into the shop to check the status of our vehicle and he immediately gave me a rude tone saying he didn’t even look at it yet and then followed up with multiple excuses. When I told him I would rather speak with the owner, he then said it looked like I had a “bad attitude” so I told him how unprofessional he was towards my wife and I. He then showered my wife’s grandfather and I with excuse after excuse and when I decided to walk away from the disrespectful attitude, he ran out with my wife’s car key and told me to take the car. I would not recommend dealing with Craig if you do decide to go to this shop. My rating would be 5 stars if not for the horrible experience with Craig.
