Dr. Moore and his staff were polite, understanding, concerned, and absolutely wonderful! We felt it was urgent to be seen right away and the staff there understood our worry and concerns and made it happen when other offices were rude and dismissive. Dr. Moore and Ms. Crystal were knowledgeable, polite, and happy. They explained everything they would be doing and what to expect. The office was clean and seemed up-to-date. They were wonderful in getting the imaging needed in a timely manner. They were so very nice to contact us with results of the scan as soon as they were available so we wouldn't needlessly worry over the holiday. It was right before Thanksgiving. We will absolutely go back if we ever need an ENT again. I definitely would recommend Dr. Moore to any member of my family and to anyone else who is need of a great ENT.

Dr. Christy is one the best doctors I have ever been to. He takes his time to figure out your problem and treat . Never in a hurry and answers all your questions so that you understand.

I didn't like the service. Nothing changed for me. After treatments I still can't hear. I never received the last treatment that was promised. The nurse Ashley was rude. Just didn't feel comfortable. The treatment was for my husband.

Office staff is not informative to the patients when it comes to the schedule appointment. After showing my messages about my appointment, the staff then asked a coworker what does your messages show as if she didn’t just see the message thread from them nor my paperwork.
No clarity on tell new patients that they have two appointment times

I am the happiest person in the world since seeing Dr San Pedro. He literally saved my life! If you need a great pulmonologist, see Dr San Pedro. He’s the best & very thorough. He takes the time to explain things on a level you can understand. I wish all doctors were like Dr San Pedro!

Terrible phone call I had. I was trying to schedule an appointment for my wife. She has no insurance. They asked me I can pay when i come. After getting all the information, she said I have to pay right now at phone for me to get appointment. What's the rush? I said I would pay when I come. She says my coworker said I have to pay now!
