Since this was my first visit I can’t really say except everyone that I met was very nice and kind. Dr. Noles seemed like he was really kind and wanted to help me with my pain and in no way was he in a hurry to get me out . He explain and showed me my scans and told me what they meant and what he wanted to try the first time. With God’s help !!!

Dr.Noles is great! He is always happy and smiling. Everything he has done has been just right. I'm so glad I found him several years ago.
I always see Bridgett for my check ups and meds. She is always happy and smiling and so easy to talk to. She will stay in that room as long as I'm talking and I always appreciate that. There is no other facility in the Shreveport Bossier area that is near as good as Dr. Noles. However, there is one girl that works the front desk that is not at all nice. She is ALWAYS rude and hates to be ask a question. She never smiles and appears to not like her job, at all. Other than that, Dr.Noles has made a wonderful office for us and I'm thankful that I am able to use them. Thank you Dr.Noles, Bridgett, and all the nurses that are always there for me I appreciate y'all.

Extremely busy practice, so first impression; wow, this is going to take forever. Wrong. I was taken to the exam room before my appointment time, nurse (very friendly) took my vitals, said doc would be in shortly. He was, explained everything in a clear manner and set up a procedure for the following week. Great experience.

Nurses and Dr. Noles was very nice and informative.
The nurse who took care of me, I hope she does everything.
Yesterday was my first visit and really unsure if this procedure worked. To much of my amazement, it did.
Because of my insurance, he was only able to do a test run on me. I'll be very happy when I finally get my main injection. It works!!
