Typical worn Hilton Hotel experience. Staff is friendly in the little interaction I had with them. Breakfast is below standards, even for Hampton Inn, and expectations are low. No replenishment of the fruit the entire week. The fruit that was there earlier in the week was obviously from the week before. Why is it difficult to have the coffee hot and filled up? 6am, 7am, cold coffee and out of everything but decaf. One of the days didn't even have the bread/toast/bagel selection at all. Unfortunately, this is the better of any Hilton property in the region.

We stayed in an upgraded room, which was great. It would have been nice to have the sink and counter were inside the bathroom, but the room was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negatives was that the elevator had an overwhelming smell of adhesive-like odor; and the thermostat did not seem to cool room as low a we would have liked.

This was the best Hampton inn hands down that I have stayed in OVERALL. Room was good and clean. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good but what was better than all of that was the staff. The staff were exceptional. By far the best hotel staff I have experienced in the world and I’m a military veteran who has stayed in numerous hotels throughout the world. Their staff was phenomenal and very professional and accommodating.

When I got my room they had linen that was outside my door. All the doors on the third floor were dirty. The carpet was not clean. When I went to eat breakfast the next day. The food was not HOT. Luke warm. I always stay at the Hilton. This time was one of the worst stays I’ve ever stayed. Please do better. Very disappointed.

In a very busy area I would have expected at least basic levels here. When they charged me $220 a night, I figured a king suite would be great. Unfortunately the room is not great at all. I have stayed in better Days Inns. There is mold in the shower caulk. Broken drawers in the desk. Blown speaker on the TV so I have to watch with subtitles. Bent shower rods on the glass. Cracked and peeling drywall. Door hasps that were never repaired and still broken. When you go to hilton chat to talk to them they never respond. When you get them at the desk " where they never are at" you tell them about the problem and they leave you with empty promises about how they are gonna make it right. Lies.

Please be careful with your belongings. The workers at this hotel go in your room and steal your belongings! And then have the audacity to say they found it laying around! Yea right! I called the cops, and it's funny how they magically appeared after that phone call. All of a sudden you want to give me my stuff back when you heard i was calling the police! Sad thing is no telling how many people have their belongings stolen! It was my kids stuff! How dare you!

Kalie at the front desk was just a pleasure. Check in was quick and easy with a smiling friendly face, bottled water and a cookie was a very nice touch that many Hamptons have quit doing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Help was quick when we needed help getting into the pool area. Breakfast selection was above par with fresh cut fruit. Check out was just as friendly and quick as check in. Every employee we passed in the hall or lobby were smilling and helpful. Great break in a long travel week.
