Rudest pharmacy in shreveport bossier! Walgreens is difficult as it is but the folks take the cake! They refuse to give inventory info on the phone when all the other walgreens do and the pharmacist argued with my doctors nurse about filling something I've gotten filled for 10+ years and hung up in the nurse's face. I don't know why they get any business whatsoever other than location.

We've been a customer of this Walgreen's location for several years and changed from a grocery store pharmacy due to much better pharmacy service here. This pharmacy is outstanding.

Do not use this site. The people that work there are rude and very slow. I went in to pick up my prescription and they gave me my wife's so I had to go back a second time.

I have never incurred anything like this. I am out of state with family emergency and my Dr office has called this place 4 times getting the run around each time. I have been up here twice and on phone several times with them. They truly need to get some educated staff that know how to speak to people. This is the worst service! Please Do not go here!

Customer service at this location sucks especially the two older women. Hate to see them at work. They always make you feel like you bother them when you ready to check out. Like isn’t this your job to do when you come to work. Stephanie is my favorite. Always make you feel welcome.

Manager is rude and liar and intimidate you when you stand up for yourselves. Then threaten to ban you to make business. However the pharmacist guy is fair and squared. He give my missing medication that the manager refused to do. Customer service suck. Pharmacist guy outstanding

The absolute rudest pharmacy workers I've ever encountered. I've had many prescriptions filled with Walgreens in the past, and no problems with any other Walgreens than this one. The lead pharmacist showed me my filled prescription, then stopped short of ringing it up and said the date was for the next day, so I had would have to come back tomorrow. Not to mention the law is two days prior to the date on prescription that it can be filled.

She didn't say it as a matter of fact either. She said it like she was trying to instigate an altercation with me at the counter. Then told me to take my prescription back if I couldn't come back tomorrow. So I took it back, and came right back in, and she wouldn't even look me in my eye or help me. She had one of the other workers take my prescription back, and I told them I could pick it up tomorrow.

I got a text an hour later saying there was no more medicine in stock, but they ordered it. Now, three days later I'm out of medicine and they "should have it tomorrow". I will never use this pharmacy again.

How the lead pharmacist and the entire staff working here haven't been dismissed due to incompetence, rudeness, and mismanagement is perplexing.
First off, five people (or more) working here during their usual hours and they still want to close for 30 minutes for lunch. And it's not during normal lunch hours...it's from 1:30-2:00 pm, when you'd think it'd be a good time to go pick up your prescription. How hard is it to stagger your lunch break and have 1-2 employees working the counter to at least take care of customers picking up prescriptions?
But the best part is employees wasting customer's time looking for a filled prescription for over 30 minutes...not asking any of the pharmacists for assistance...when the filled prescription was sitting there in front of them the whole time.

Zero common sense in this pharmacy...less than zero customer service abilities.
