This was the second time I had to return after an oil change due to a leaking plastic oil plug. The first time it happened was over a year ago and I was told the plastic plug should have been replaced, they replaced it and made it right, which made me feel like they stood behind their work. When I returned after I saw it leaking this time (within the first day of the oil change), I was told that I would be charged for a new oil change and they did not change those plastic plugs out during an oil change, that it was inspected and looked good, however, the plug wasn't leaking prior to the oil change. I have no problem paying for the plug if it needs changing, I just need to be informed that it needs changing. I may not be the biggest customer, but I have always recommended your facility to my family and friends, I get my personal vehicle's oil changed there along with sending several of our company vehicles to this location, mostly because of the time they made the leaking plug right and addressed the issue. I know that my business will not rank as your biggest volume customer, however, the way I was talked to by the gentleman on Friday 2/7 when I returned, it was evident to me that my business was not important to them.

Was checking my wife’s oil this morning in her car as we always get it changed at this location. This vehicle has zero oil leaks, and burns no oil. It was 2 quarts low for the second time in a row that we have used this location. I took the cap off to add oil and got a flashlight to look into the engine. I pulled the sticker in the two picture out from the inside of the motor. I had to fish it out with tweezers. The sticker was not from our vehicle as the mileage on it was way off, so it could have only gotten in there one way, when we got our last oil change. This is a huge issue for us moving forward. With that issue, as well as being 2 quarts low for the second oil change in a row, doubt we use this location or brand any longer.

Everyone there is super polite, helpful, and patient. I have now been about 5 times and it is always a fast but efficient experience. They asked about filters but weren’t pushy. It is great!
