Went to get a tire looked at that was leaking air. I asked the employee if I could get a rotation and the tires re-balanced too since I purchased the tires from Discount Tire. He said, "they should be fine".... They got the job done quick which was nice but only patched the tire and re-balanced them. When I got my vehicle up to 50 mph I could clearly tell they didn't balance them correctly. They also left grease on the wheel of the tire they patched up. Would've only taken a minute to wipe it off. Next time I need a new set of tires for one of my vehicles I most likely won't be getting them from Discount Tire.

These guys are awesome! They always offer great customer service, get the job done quick, and get the job done right. They carry a lot of great tire options for your standard daily driver-type vehicles at reasonable prices and their online appointment system makes the whole tire purchase process simple. I had a badly leaking tire recently and called them with some questions. I didn't even realize they would patch or replace my tire for free since I got this set of tires from them. I was also highly impressed that they measured my tread depth in front of me and clearly explained what the safe depth range was to assure me my tires are worn, but they've got plenty of life left. They've always been very honest and informative which is a rare experience for a female in any mechanic-type shop, so I'd highly recommend checking them out.

The entire crew were incredible! They were young possibly high schoolers possible college age young men. The installers were just as busy and working with a smile. The place was packed and super busy. They were polite, professional and didn’t rush the clientele. They didn’t have my tire in stock but they were able to order them, get them same day from their warehouse on a Saturday, make me an appointment and install 4 new tires. For chain store they were awesome. I will be back for sure, and highly recommended doing business there.
