I had order books on Oct 30. I inquired on Nov 10th and was advised my books got damaged during packaging. Okay, fine, it happens. I completely understand of the hold-up. I waited another three days, and my books were shipped, and I received them on Nov 19th. I needed one of them by Nov 27th for a birthday present. I opened my package, and I only received 3 out of 4 books. I immediately sent an email stating that the one book I did not receive was the one I needed to go with a set I already bought. Never heard back. I emailed off their site stating I needed this book expedited to me and that if I don't receive a response, I'm filing a dispute with my payment method and will be sending someone to the address to address their awful customer service and fraud. I still have not heard back and filed a claim with my payment method against them. I will never buy from them again. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt when my package took almost a month to receive but after this theft of my money and no response and still no missing product.

Ordered 2 weeks prior to Christmas as it is a gift. Shipping label was created a week after placing the order. But as another week passed (Christmas time), there was still no updates on the couriers tracking page, just that the label was created. I emailed the business via email and on the websites contact info, and after a few more days, got a response saying that my package was lost but that they would procure more books in a few days and send a new label. Also provided a partial refund. Few days passed with no update or email regarding a new shipment. I tried emailing again via email and on the websites contact info, but this time no response at all. It’s been a month since I ordered and 2 weeks since last communication, and still haven’t received any communication nor my products. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company.

Easy to use service, and a super quick delivery. All the major chain stores had been sold out of the books I was looking for but they had it in stock. Easy to use website for all my needs and their tracking app was great as well. Overall, would buy from again!

Ordered three books, no updates after payment processed a month ago, no books in mail, no shipping info, no replies from customer service to two emails asking for updates. Zero positive to say about this company. Not anticipating receiving said books that I paid for, total waste of money. Will Seek out refund from credit card company as don't think I will receive a reply from them. Worst online shopping experience ever and I've been doing it since 1998.

Terrific customer service! My parcel was lost in-transit by the courier and it appeared that I would not have book in time to give for Christmas. They when above and beyond to track the item and make sure it arrived in time, and kept me posted the entire time.
